Great salon! Friendly, good quality every time. I’ve never made an appointment yet have never had to wait. Highly recommend!

Honestly, would not recommend. Asked for squoval nails. Got whatever this is. The nails are angled, different heights, and one side is rounded and the other is square. Shower an inspo pic before and this could not be more different. Asked her to fix it and she filed the side that was fine. So I again asked her, turned my nail around to show her, and explained myself again and all she did was make it worse. At that point I accepted fate and just said I would fix it myself at home. 80$ + a 10$ tip just for me to fix it at home is crazy. They’re so bad. I will never go back. also there’s no signs but they only take cash. Attached are my nails and the inspo I showed her.
I went in for a pedicure. I was greeted promptly by Tim and picked out my color for a pedicure. At the end, I chose to pay while drying. I had a gift certificate for a friend that I thought would cover the whole thing. I also brought cash for a tip. I handed the technician my gift certificate and the tip for the service. She stated I was $3 short. I said you can take my debit card or take it out of the cash as that’s all I had. If they had taken the $3 out of the tip money I had, it still would have been a 25% tip. I was asked to get money from the ATM to which I declined. Eventually, they asked me to come back with $3 which I will but I will never return again for a service after the woman next to me tried to give them a credit card for her service and they asked “don’t you have cash?” She said “sure, I guess.” I could tell she was uncomfortable, what a weird thing to do to someone who is coming in to your business. As the wife of a business owner, I get that CC surcharges add up, but if you’re going to essentially be cash only, you need to advertise that. No one wants to come in for a service and then be guilted into paying for an ATM or being asked if they “have cash” on them. Disappointing as this was always my go to for pedicures. However, they did fix the water issue and are no longer putting water in buckets.
All I can say is what in the world.. I went in for a mani and pedi, was quickly waited on and started on my pedi - I chose spa B. In the middle of it, she was putting the lotion on my feet/legs and started rubbing it, she then asked if I wanted massage, to which I agreed. She then said it was an upcharge from spa B at $38 to spa C at $51. Mind you spa A is $37 and it’s just exfoliation and massage, B is exfoliation and callus removal, C is exfoliation, massage and callus removal. $13 for a damn foot massage? Anyways, we move on to my manicure, it went well - I can’t complain. I go over to the dryers and she’s like you pay now? I said no, I’ll pay when I’m done. One of my nails chipped so I asked them to fix it and they did. While that all happened I had my fiancé go ask if they take care and they said no, cash only. In this day and age, how do you not take card? Never mind that, why isn’t it posted anywhere that it’s cash only? Sure, they have an ATM that I’m sure that has double surcharges. So my total came to $67, my fiancée is paying and he told her to just give $10 back and she told him NO, that there is a mandatory 20% tipping fee. WHAT IN THE HELL? You cannot force someone to tip you 20% when tipping is a voluntary thing. You are not obligated to anyone’s money if they don’t want to tip you. So she asked him I keep it all? And he said no. Then told her to just give $5 back and eventually she did but again with hassle. A sign is needed if tipping is mandatory and they have nothing. I’m sure they’re running their business like this to fraud the IRS, you can claim less in cash because there’s no paper trail. Overall, I do not recommend coming here.
If I could give zero stars I would! I have been going to this location for years. NEVER AGAIN!!! I walked into the salon for a pedicure around 3:25pm on a Saturday afternoon; I was greeted by a older woman who was sitting on the couch in the front playing on her phone. There were only two other patrons in the salon & all of the pedicure chairs were EMPTY; so my intial thought was that I was in luck; I would be able to get my pedicure, relax, & have someone who would actually take their time. WRONG!!! I was directed where to sit, chose my service, which was B (callus removal & exfoliating) $39, & usually, the tub water is started. NOPE, they carried a painters bucket full of water from the back & emptied it into my tub. WHY?! The jets were never started. The technician, started my pedicure at 3:33pm, spent 45 seconds on each foot for my "calus & exfoliant" (yes, I set the timer on my phone when she started) & I was at the dryer & paid by 3:50pm. 17 MINUTES start to finish!! Unexceptable!! This technician was horrible. The ONLY PERSON who does anything good in this establishment is Tim. He's kind, thorough, listens, & never rushes. In this case I was passing through & didn't think to make an appointment because it was a last minute decision. Interesting enough, my service was $39 they said, "that'll be $40"; umm no, it'll be $39. They no longer care about their customers nor do they care about the services they are supposed to provide. It's a hustle.
